Desktop App Redesign

After redesigning the PagerDuty mobile app, I worked on a redesign for the desktop app. As a V1, I designed a visual refresh. I used the same color palette as the visual language from the mobile design. I created a UI Kit for the engineers to implement on the visual refresh.
For V2, I redesigned the desktop app elements and some functionality. Working with the product team, we designed the desktop app to be more visually appealing and less text heavy. We looked at the different users of the desktop app and made the dashboard customizable for each type of user.
In addition to creating data vizualizations for the product, I also designed infographics for the marketing team and sales team efforts. The infographics are designed to be "flashier" and more eye-popping. I researched a lot of data vizualization designs, particularly the work of Nicholas Felton. The data presented is a visual story of graphs, maps, stats, and charts.
