MY ROLE: Art Director
THE GOAL: Design a commemorative stamp to celebrate Alexander Stepanov's career achievements and mark his retirement.
THE APPROACH: Leaning on Stepanov's colleague to provide insight into significant events in Alexander's career, we came up with specific elements that influence his life and work were added to create an interesting composition. Stepanov's portrait was converted to an etch style.
THE RESULTS: We launched the stamp at Stepanov's retirement party.

Standard Template Library
Alexander Stepanov is the primary designer and implementer of the C++ Standard Template Library (STL). He is regarded as a pioneering software designer who took Stroustrup's programming language C++ and made it usable by developing the STL.
