As a speaker for Figma's Annual Design Conference, Config, I presented my talk, Design as Therapy: Emotional Dynamics of Aerospace Engineering to a live audience of 4,000 people. It was such an honor to be a speaker at Config. I talked about my role as a designer at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and shared the things that I have learned over the years to build trust as a means to navigate challenging environments.
